Lundbreck's Livingstone Sabres Boys volleyball team hosted the Crowsnest Pass Panthers on the evening of September 22.  The Sabres have no senior players, but played JVand SV levels anyway.  The first JV level set was the closest of the evening, with the Panthers ultimately squeaking out a 26-24 win.  The Panthers gained an early lead in the second JV set,  ahead 18-9 at one point before the Sabres rallied, the set finishing with the Panthers ahead 25-18.  The Sabres continued the momentum they were gaining in tha latter half of that set to win the third and final for fun JV set convincingly, 21-15.  

The small-bench Sabres were both tired and out-spiked in the SV (senior) game, but still acquitted themselves well against the Panthers. The Panthers won all three SV sets.
