Clara Yagos |
Yagos is currently serving her first term as a trustee after being acclaimed in 2010. She was a teacher and principal for 38 years and is now retired. "This is my way of staying in education," sad Yagos. "I feel it is very important. I believe in municipal involvement and I want to continue working on in this capacity."
Yagos is the Vice President of the Pincher Creek Woman's Emergency Shelter, and Advocate for the Ranchland Victim Services, President of the Pincher Creek Humane Society, involved in the Boys and Girls Club of the Crowsnest Pass, and is a member of the Crowsnest Pass 40 Developmental Assets Steering Committee.
