The Chinook Basketball League wrapped up their 2013-14 Season with Girls and Boys All-Star games at F.P. Walshe School in Fort Macleod on Thursday evening March 27.

Four teams (two boys teams and two girls teams) were created from the pool of All-Stars, divided into Light jerseys and in Dark jerseys.  Athletes that usually opposed each other were suddenly teammates.  Athletes that have spent years as teammates (and even brothers)  were suddenly on opposing teams.  "Great experience, nice to get to know all the players," said Alyssa Barbero of the Hawks, who graduates this year.  "Fun to have everyone wanting to play and be there. I will miss it all always."

The games were light-hearted and friendly.

In the end the Girls Light All-Stars won 71-54 and the Boys Dark All-Stars won 87-77.  Everyone had a great time.
